Shipping Policy
Big Daddy Graphics ships items via USPS. Please allow 10 business days on most orders provided there are no complications. If you receive your item before the 10 working days it is a win win for both of us.
We have two shipping options, depending on the weight of the package:
*Standard shipping: $3.60
* Priority Shipping: $6.50
If you require expedited shipping or bulk order shipping please contact us.

Return & Exchange Policy
In the event that something happens with your order, you will be notified right away.
Exchanges: Items you wish to return must be unused, unwashed, and have the original tags still attached. You may stop by our store to make the exchange in person or send it back to us and we will refund you the cost of the returned item’s postage.

If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us at 419-872-0338 and we will do everything we can to make it right for you. We do request any returns be made in 10 working days after the product has been received.

On a happy note: If this is a gift we will include a gift card to the person receiving the gift.
